Import Your Prospects Using Our Extension

Efficient prospecting is key to building your outreach campaigns, and our Chrome extension allows you to seamlessly import prospects from LinkedIn with just a few clicks. In this guide, we’ll cover the different ways you can import prospects into your campaigns, whether from a LinkedIn search, group, event, or CSV file.

1. Import from LinkedIn Search

Using LinkedIn search is a quick and powerful way to find targeted prospects. Here’s how to import them:

Step 1: Open the Extension

Make sure Our Lykoza extension is installed on your chrome browser, pin it then click on it
Click on the button "Open Lykoza" then login to your Lykoza account
Login to your linkedin account in a new tab




Step 2: Perform a LinkedIn Search

Use LinkedIn’s search bar to search for people
Adjust filters like location, industry, and connections to narrow down your results.


Step 3: Select Prospects to Import

In the right side you’ll see our Lykoza widget
Create a list for your prospects and give it a name
Select your list from dropdown menu
Select the number of prospects you want to import (Note: 1,000 is the maximum)
Click on "import prospects"
The process of import takes sometime depending on the number of prospects, please give it sometime to finish.






2. Import from LinkedIn Groups


LinkedIn Groups are another excellent source for prospects, as they gather like-minded individuals around specific topics.

Step 1: Join or Visit a Group on LinkedIn

Navigate to a LinkedIn Group relevant to your target audience.
Make sure you're a member of the group, as LinkedIn often restricts access to group members only.

Step 2: Make sure the extension is installed and connected

The extension will scan the members of the group and list them for you.

Step 3: Select and Import

In the right side you’ll see our Lykoza widget
Create a list for your prospects and give it a name
Select your list from dropdown menu
Select the number of prospects you want to import (Note: 1,000 is the maximum)
Click on "import prospects"
The process of import takes sometime depending on the number of prospects, please give it sometime to finish.





3. Import from LinkedIn Events

LinkedIn events are a great way to connect with professionals attending webinars, networking events, and more. You can use the extension to capture attendees.

Step 1: Go to a LinkedIn Event

Navigate to a LinkedIn event relevant to your outreach goals.
Click on the "Attendees" tab to see the list of people attending the event.

Step 2: Make sure the extension is installed and connected

The extension will scan the members of the group and list them for you.

Step 3: Select and Import

In the right side you’ll see our Lykoza widget
Create a list for your prospects and give it a name
Select your list from dropdown menu
Select the number of prospects you want to import (Note: 1,000 is the maximum)
Click on "import prospects"
The process of import takes sometime depending on the number of prospects, please give it sometime to finish.




4. Import from CSV

If you already have a list of prospects in a CSV file, importing them directly into the system is easy and efficient.

Step 1: Prepare Your CSV File

Ensure that your CSV file is formatted correctly and has one Linkedin profil URL per line
Click on "Import from CSV"
Choose a list where you want to import contacts to
Start import

Note: if you have a big list, the import process will take time, just take a coffee, you can navigate to other pages , the import will continue runing.
