How to Use the Inbox Feature



Access the Inbox
From your Lykoza dashboard, simply click on the Inbox tab in the navigation bar. This will take you to the unified messaging interface, where all your LinkedIn conversations will be displayed.

Review & Filter Messages
The left-hand panel shows all your conversations in a clean, scrollable list. Use the filter options at the top of the panel to sort messages based on unread, recent, or tagged conversations.

Read and Reply
Click on a conversation to view the full message thread on the right-hand side of the screen. From here, you can type a response or use one of Lykoza’s pre-made templates for a quicker reply. All replies will be sent directly to your LinkedIn contact.

Organize with Tags
To keep track of your conversations, use the Tag button located above the message thread. You can create new tags or use existing ones to categorize your conversations.

Use Message Templates
Save time by selecting a pre-written template from the Templates dropdown menu when responding to common messages. You can also customize these templates to match your tone and messaging style.
