Managing Queued Actions in Lykoza

Lykoza’s Queued Actions feature enables you to efficiently track and manage all pending LinkedIn outreach actions within your campaigns. This guide explains how the queue system works and provides tips for optimizing your campaign flow.

1. Credits Overview

The Credits section at the top left displays how many outreach actions you can perform for the current month. These credits are shared across your team and allow you to send messages, invitations, and other actions. Once your credits are depleted, you’ll need to purchase additional credits to continue executing outreach actions.

2. Daily Quotas

The Daily Quotas section monitors the number of LinkedIn actions you can take each day. This helps ensure that you stay within LinkedIn’s limits to avoid potential account restrictions.

You’ll see daily limits for:
- Invitations: The number of connection requests you can send in a day.
- Messages: The number of messages you can send to new or existing connections.

These quotas reset daily, allowing you to engage with prospects regularly without exceeding safe activity levels.

3. Queued Actions

The main dashboard displays all Queued Actions, showing you a list of pending activities that are yet to be carried out. Each action will be sent automatically at its scheduled time, ensuring your campaign runs smoothly and consistently.

Here are the key components:
- Action: Specifies whether the queued action is a message, invitation, or other outreach task.
- Prospect: Indicates the individual or organization targeted in the campaign.
- Campaign: Refers to the campaign associated with the action, such as sending connection invitations or follow-up messages.
- Time: The scheduled date and time for when the action will be executed.

4. Optimizing Queued Actions

To make the most out of your outreach campaign and queue:
- Stagger your outreach: Distribute your actions over time to avoid overwhelming prospects with too many requests at once.
- Track campaign success: Regularly review campaign performance to ensure that your queued actions are leading to desired results, such as increased acceptance rates or higher response rates.

5. How are actions processed?

Once a campaign is initiated, the actions from the first step are placed in a queue and executed in a staggered manner. This ensures a smooth and steady workflow without overwhelming your prospects with multiple actions at once.

Typical time gaps between actions are as follows:

Connection requests: 3 minutes
Messages: 3 minutes
Profile visits: 1 minute 20 seconds
Profile follows: 1 minute 20 seconds

These intervals are designed to maintain a natural pace of interactions.

How does the queue system work?

The queue works on the way that the first actions added will be the first ones carried out. However, execution is subject to your daily limits. If you’ve reached your quota for a specific action type, like sending messages or invitations, the remaining actions will be delayed until the quota resets the following day.

Effective management of your queued actions ensures a steady and scalable flow of outreach efforts, helping you connect with prospects in a more organized and systematic way.
