Managing Team Accounts

1. Adding and Removing Team Members

Adding Team Members:

Log in to Your Account: Sign in to your Lykoza account.
Navigate to "Team"
Invite New Members: Click on the “Invite Member” button. Enter the email address of the person you want to add.
Set Permissions: Choose the appropriate role and permissions for the new member. Roles may include Editor, or Viewer, each with different access levels.
Send Invitation: Click “Send Invitation.” The invitee will receive an email with a link to join your team.

Removing Team Members:

Access Team under account
Select the Member: Find the team member you wish to remove from the list.
Remove Member: Click the “Remove” button next to their name. Confirm the removal in the prompt that appears.

2. Setting Roles and Permissions

Editor Role: Has full access to all features and settings, except billing and team management.

Viewer Role: Can view and manage their own campaigns and reports but has limited access to settings and team management.

To change a team member’s role:

Go to Team In "Account"
Edit Role: Click on the "Edit" button next to the member’s name and select the new role from the dropdown menu.
Save Changes: Click “Save” to update the member's role and permissions.

3. Team Billing Management

Viewing and Managing Billing Information:

Access Billing Settings: Navigate to "Account" and select "Billing."
View Current Plan: Check your current subscription plan and payment details.
Update Payment Method: Click “Update Payment Method” to change your credit card or payment details.

Managing Team Billing:

From Billing you can increase the number of your team and update on the checkout






Best Practices

Regularly Review Team Access: Periodically review team members and their roles to ensure they have the appropriate access.
Communicate Changes: Inform your team of any changes in roles or permissions to avoid confusion.
